The Polish National Film Archive is hosting a film festival dedicated to newly restored and digitally remastered films.
The festival – supported by the Polish public broadcaster – will screen several movies about “Mr. Kleks”, a series beloved by several generations of children and young Poles.
Also on the agenda are digitally-enhanced films by such masters as Krzysztof Kieślowski (“Personnel,” 1976; “Calm,” 1980) or Krzysztof Krauze (“Debt”, 1999). The event will also include a concert by the Zbigniew Namysłowski jazz Quintet.
The festival runs until the 9th of December in the “Iluzjon” cinema theatre in Warsaw.
