The Polish president Andrzej Duda said in an interview with public news channel TVP Info that economic data for 2018 concerning Poland is very impressive.
The president is attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He was asked about the economic data, such as 5-percent GDP growth and low budget deficit.
“Nowadays, when some countries still have to deal with the results of the 2008 crisis, the GDP increase on the level of five percent makes a very good impression,” the president said.
The head of the Polish state added that he spoke with some big investors during the summit and encouraged them to come to Poland.
President Duda pointed out the fact that Poland is among developed economies and that it has a meaning for investors, because this means that Polish economy is stable.
