Radio station stops playing Michael Jackson songs

In response to the documentary “Leaving Neverland” accusing Michael Jackson, one of Poland’s largest radio stations, Radio ZET, has decided to stop playing late American singer’s songs following the BBC’s suit.

The private Polish broadcaster decided to remove Mr Jackson’s work until the allegations have been clarified, a spokesperson for Eurozet − the owner of the radio station − said. The radio station does not play and will continue not giving any air time to the Indiana-born “Billie Jean” and “Beat It” singer.

The controversial four-hour two-part documentary directed by Dan Reed and aired on HBO and Channel 4 tells the story of two men’s alleged sexual abuse that the hands of the artist dubbed the “King of Pop”.
