In an interview with PolandIN, the presidential Chief of Staff and the Secretary of State Krzysztof Szczerski touched on relations with Russia and Israel, and other international affairs of major significance for Poland.
In the opinion of Krzysztof Szczerski, peace can only be guaranteed by respecting international law, since WWII broke out as a result of states’ sovereignty being violated.
Mr Szczerski pointed out that in order to spread this message out loud Poland, and other states that share a similar view on this, need to stick together, which can be observed within the NATO alliance, the EU, and its partner countries. In Poland, the commemorations of the outbreak of World War II will be an opportunity to show unity on this matter.
