PolandIN spoke with the spokesman for the Polish Episcopate, Rev. Paweł Rytel-Andrianik about the new opportunities and challenges that lie ahead of the Catholic Church in Poland in the wake of a rapidly changing world.
As Rev. Rytel-Andrianik stated, the job of the Catholic Church in Poland is not looking for political influence, but to share gospel with people, as the institution does not look to the right or to the left. Among other issues, the Polish Episcopate spokesman touched on the legacy of Pope John Paul II and his indisputable impact on the fall of the communism in Central-Eastern Europe, as well as on recent events.
