“The government through the PM has said that a consensus is fine but there are certain cultural issues that it is not prepared to compromise in any way and that it is going to stand on them on a very traditional basis. The question of family values, anything to do with LGBT rights, abortion… It will not budge on those particular issues,” said Chris Mularczyk.
