Homemade pierogi available for non-contact purchase

An innovative vending machine selling pierogi lets the residents of the small town of Powiatowa in Lubuskie province enjoy the taste of one of the most internationally renowned delicacies of Polish cuisine with a reduced risk of coronavirus infection.

Simplicity and diversity are some of its main features - customers can choose pierogi with various fillings, including meat, potato and cheese, cabbage and mushrooms and others, and may pay by cash or by card.

These particular pierogies are made according to the recipe of the owner’s grandmother. He points out that the traditional taste of the food may give the impression that we are actually at our grandma’s house.
