Polish President Andrzej Duda wrote on social media that his thoughts are with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who was moved to intensive care in hospital on Monday evening. Britain’s PM suffers from the COVID-19 disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
The British PM’s office on Downing Street 10 reported that the condition of Mr Johnson worsened on Monday evening and this is why he was moved to ICU. He was admitted to St. Thomas’s Hospital in London on Sunday. On Saturday Carrie Symonds, the 32-year-old fiancé of the British PM said that she also was infected with the coronavirus, but “she had defeated it and feels fine.”
My thoughts are with Prime Minister @BorisJohnson and his family at this testing time. I wish him a full and swift recovery.— Andrzej Duda (@AndrzejDuda) April 6, 2020
