The total value of investments implemented in Poland with EU funding amounted to PLN 470.3 billion (EUR 105.4 billion) at the end of June, 2020, the Polish Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy said on Tuesday.
The ministry stated that, as of June 28, 2020, the EU had signed 63,627 co-financing contracts with beneficiaries. The total value of these investments was PLN 470.3 bn. The share of EU funds in this amount was PLN 286.5 bn (EUR 64.2 bn), or 85.5 percent of the entire pool, the ministry added.
It was added that the total expenditure of beneficiaries settled at the national level amounted to PLN 213.9 bn (47.9 bn), including EU funding at PLN 142.7 bn (EUR 31.9 bn), which was 42.4 percent of the allocation.
