Opened in May 2000, the Olympic Preparation complex in Spała, central Poland, is a “sacred” place for athletes of numerous disciplines who seek form and recovery after injuries.
The centre is one of the most modern sports centres in Poland and Europe.The total area of the complex encompasses 22 hectares and offers the professional training outdoor and indoor space, mostly for track and field athletes and swimmers.
Aside from hosting top domestic athletes, Spała is often visited by sports personalities from abroad.
Furthermore, the resort has extensive wellness and rehabilitation facilities and is fully adapted to accommodate people with disabilities.
You can visit the sports centre in Spała heading from Warsaw to Tomaszów Mazowiecki via S8 Highway, then take the exit for the national road no. 48.
