Polish Encyclopedia of Philosophy to be translated into English

The Universal Encyclopedia of Philosophy, prepared by an astounding 800 Polish scientists, will be translated into English.

The project originated some 20 years ago by the Polish society of St. Thomas Aquinas. headquartered in the Catholic University of Lublin.

Issued in 2009, the ten-volume encyclopedia has been waiting for eleven years for the day it finally received a subsidy to fund an English translation.

To date, seven different encyclopediae of philosophy have been published worldwide.
