First Free Flight Bird Park in Poland opens in July

In Sosnówka in the Karkonosze Mountains, south-western Poland, there will be a park with an unusual ornithological collection of birds from all continents. The park owners collected 200 birds, some of which fly freely for most of the day.

The first of it kind in Poland, and one of only a few in Europe, the Free Flight Bird Park "Zoobaczysko" focuses mainly on parrots, but following special training, other species such as cranes, kookaburras, tokos, peacocks and pheasants will join them shortly afterwards.

The grand opening of the bird park is scheduled for July.
